8-week coaching · for the season after birth

Lose the weight. Keep the muscle.Eat like a mother.

Getting your body back after a baby is hard. You want to feel like yourself again, and most plans are either generic or extreme. This is neither: an 8-week coaching program that meets you where you are postpartum and adjusts to your life. Ranges, not rules.

No charge today. Locks the $249 rate ($50 off the full $299). Cohort 2 starts Monday, Aug 31; enrollment email comes first to the waitlist.

If you're reading this at 2am, hi

We know, because we've been there.

You've googled "is 1,200 calories enough while breastfeeding" with a baby asleep on your chest.

You've eaten your toddler's leftover mac and cheese over the sink and called it lunch.

You've been handed a bounce-back plan by someone who has never pumped in a parked car.

You've promised yourself Monday. Again.

None of that is a willpower problem. It's a missing-plan problem. You need enough food to keep your muscle and your milk, structure that survives a blown-up week, and someone who actually answers. That's what I built.

A note from your coach

She's not a bot. She's been there.

Holistic NutritionistBlood Chemistry CertifiedMom of Two

I'm Callie. I've done the 2am math on milk supply and calories. I've lived the 4pm snack spiral. And professionally, I've watched the advice women get after birth swing between starvation dressed up as discipline and vague permission with no plan.

Macros and Mamas is the program I needed and couldn't find. I read your intake myself. I build your ranges myself. I'm in the group coaching thread Monday through Friday, usually in voice notes, and when your week blows up, I answer your 1:1 myself. Not a chatbot wearing my name.

And this really is a family thing. The app was built at our kitchen table by my husband, or as the mamas in the group call him, The Tech Guy. We're a young family figuring it out like you are, which is exactly why the program bends around real life instead of pretending you don't have one.

Eight weeks with me, and you won't just weigh less. You'll know what your plate looks like for the rest of your life.

The philosophy

You don't need one number. You need room.

Calculators hand you a single rigid target and call it a plan. Then Tuesday happens. Callie builds you a band instead: calories, protein, carbs, and fat as ranges. Busy, active day? Eat the top. Slow day, sick kid, no sleep? The bottom. Both count as a win.

Your ranges flex with nursing, activity, stress, and how fast you're actually losing. This is what a plan looks like when it's built for a mother, not a spreadsheet.

Hi Sarah.

The system

Coaching is the heart. The app is the hands.

A real app on your home screen, personalized from your intake. It knows your ranges and what you actually like to eat, then does the thinking: at home, at the restaurant you didn't pick, over your kids' leftovers. Snap it, and it's handled.

Snap the plate. Or just say it.

Photograph your food and it's recognized and logged. No time for photos? Describe it: “leftover mac and cheese and a handful of grapes,” done. Eating out? Snap the menu and get dishes ranked to fit the room left in your day.

Monday voice note
0:58

Week 3, from Callie: this week we anchor protein at breakfast. And we let go of weighing in on Fridays.

Callie in your ears, every Monday.

One focus. One skill. One thing to let go. A weekly reset from a coach who knows Monday is a fresh start, not a judgment day.

Plan → Groceries
Chicken thighs, 2 lb
Greek yogurt, full fat
Eggs, 18 ct
Frozen berries

A week planned around your kitchen.

Your intake covers what you love to eat. The app suggests meals and recipes that fit your ranges and your tastes, then writes the grocery list. And meals you eat on repeat get saved, so logging them takes one tap.

Week fell apart. Birthday cake for dinner Tuesday. Do I start over?
CallieYou don't start over, you just start logging again. One meal today with protein first. That's the whole assignment.

A real answer when the week blows up.

1:1 Messages with push notifications, plus the group coaching thread where Callie answers all week. All inside the app, nothing extra to download, and your phone number stays yours.

Habits that fit a nap schedule.

Water, walks, sunlight, strength. A checklist that meets your season, no gym required.

No App Store download. Add it to your home screen from the link we send. Twenty seconds, and it lives next to your camera. And the word members use most for it? Easy.

The guardrail

The only "weight loss" program that tells you to eat more.

Lose too fast and you're burning muscle, and if you're nursing, gambling with your supply. So when your trend crosses the line, the app flags it and Callie raises your food. Every other app would congratulate you. Ours intervenes.

Muscle is the goal, not just a smaller number. It's your metabolism, your strength, your carrying-a-carseat-upstairs power.
Milk supply is protected by design. Nursing mamas get ranges built for two.
1,200-calorie culture ends here. We will never hand you a starvation plan with a pink bow on it.

A real message type from the weigh-in screen. This is what it means to have a coach watching your back instead of an app cheering your decline.

Your 8 weeks

What actually happens

BeforeDay 0

Callie builds your ranges

A short intake covers your goal, activity, stress, feeding season, and what your family actually eats. Callie reads it herself and approves your bands. Then your app unlocks: your ranges, your plans, your group, and Callie, all in one place.

Weeks1–2

Settle in, no perfection required

You learn to snap plates and live inside your bands. Under range some days is normal. The pattern matters, not any single day, and Callie says so out loud.

Weeks3–5

Find your rhythm

Weekly plans built around your tastes, groceries written for you, restaurant menus handled by your camera. Your repeat meals get saved, so logging takes a tap. Bad week? Log it and reset. It's built in.

Weeks6–8

Plate intuition takes over

You start eyeballing portions and getting them right. The scale trends the way it should, at a pace that protects muscle and milk. You leave knowing how to feed yourself for good. The goal is to stop tracking, not track forever.

Honest fit check

Is this your season?

We'd rather be honest than take your money. This works when it's the right time.

Built for you if

  • You want to lose fat and keep your muscle, without punishing yourself to do it
  • You're postpartum, or in any caregiving season where the week rarely goes to plan
  • You're nursing and at least 3 months postpartum. Supply-aware coaching is the point.
  • You'll track food for a season so you can stop tracking for good
  • You want a human reading your week, not just an algorithm scoring it
  • Your kitchen runs on animal protein, or pescatarian or vegetarian patterns

Not yet if

  • You're pregnant. That's an abundance season, not a cut. Join the waitlist and start after.
  • You're nursing, under 3 months. Let your supply establish. We'll be here.
  • You want a crash diet. We will make you eat more. It won't be a fit.
  • Your kitchen is fully vegan. Our playbook leans on animal protein, and honesty beats a refund request.
  • You're navigating an active eating disorder without your provider's clearance.

Not a mom, or not postpartum? You're still welcome. You have to want ranges, real food, and a coach who treats you like an adult, that's the whole entry bar.

Questions mamas actually ask

Before you ask

Is this a crash diet?

The opposite. Your ranges are built to protect muscle and, if you're nursing, milk supply. Lose faster than your plan calls for and the app flags it, then Callie raises your food. We are firmly against 1,200-calorie culture.

Can I do this while breastfeeding?

Yes, if you're at least 3 months postpartum. Callie coaches supply-aware and your ranges account for nursing from day one. Under 3 months? Join the waitlist now and start when your supply is established.

How much of Callie do I actually get?

Callie personally reads your intake and builds your ranges. She's in the group coaching thread Monday through Friday, usually in voice notes, and her answers teach the whole group. You also get 1:1 Messages and the Monday voice note every week. This is not a bot with her name on it.

Are there hidden costs? Shakes? Supplements?

No. One price covers the full 8 weeks, the app, and the coaching. The food is real food from your regular grocery store, built around what your family already eats.

Do I need a gym?

No. The daily rhythm works with walks, home strength, and whatever your season allows. Your ranges are built around your real activity, not an aspirational one.

Will I have to track food forever?

No, and that's the point. Eight weeks of honest logging builds plate intuition: you learn what your portions look like so you can eyeball a plate and get on with your life.

What happens when I have a bad week?

You will, and it's built in. Log it (you can log past days), tell Callie what happened, reset Monday. No shame spiral, no starting over from zero. The pattern over weeks matters more than any single day.

Do I have to be a mom, or postpartum?

No. The coaching is postpartum-aware because that's where the worst advice lives, but any woman who wants ranges, real food, and a human coach is welcome.

Is this an App Store app?

It's a web app you add to your home screen from the link we send. Same icon, same push notifications, nothing to download or update. About 20 seconds to set up, and we walk you through it.

Is founding pricing still open? What does the waitlist lock?

The $149 founding rate closed with cohort 1. Joining the waitlist locks $249 for cohort 2, which is $50 off the full $299. You're not charged anything until enrollment opens and you choose to join.
